We believe that now is a more important time than ever to reduce the stress on declining natural fisheries while still providing restaurants, grocers, and their patrons with what the water has to offer. Incredible, sustainably harvested seafood is a healthy and soulful option for a culture increasingly conscious of what we eat and where it comes from. We believe in challenging the stigma around farmed fish, an option that alleviates pressure on wild fish populations – seeking the highest quality farms and the most ethical producers of wild-caught fish from Japan, Hawaii, the Pacific Northwest, and the Gulf Coast, all over the world.
